FSI confirms African market footprint with new alliance
FSI continues to flex its marketing muscles across Africa, with the appointment of leading solutions business VERANG (Pty) Limited as a strategic partner.
Since 1988 VERANG have been leaders in the field of Property and Facilities Management systems, and have built an excellent reputation as service providers to these industries. Following their allegiance to FSI, the company are now able to offer a comprehensive range of Business Infrastructure Management products and services.
The distribution deal with the Johannesburg-based company complements FSI's existing agreement with partner Facilities Management Africa (FMA), the wholly-owned subsidiary of RMB Properties.

VERANG will be responsible for the distribution, support and implementation of the Concept™ software solution range in Africa. The Concept™ series has been noted for innovation within the facilities management industry and is widely regarded as a market leader in its field.
At the heart of each Concept™ System is the Asset Register and this, together with comprehensive Planned Maintenance and Helpdesk / Breakdown management functions, is the key to providing complete control of all facilities and maintenance activities from within one system. This advance in facilities management technology has been well received throughout the FM industry and FSI have comfortably assumed their role as market leaders.
As a niche provider of outsourced services, VERANG have worked with an array of premier clientele, including Lufthansa, City of Johannesburg, Denel, Medihelp, First National Bank and mobile phone network companies. Their high profile in South Africa and surrounding countries will assist in spreading the word of FSI and their pioneering Concept™ range.
