Support Staff

We pride ourselves on support staff who are able to successfully answer any questions you have about our Concept Evolution™ product range and solutions.

Skilled at replicating and resolving even the most elusive of intermittent problems, support staff will stay engaged until your problem is solved, and will guarantee an initial response time of less than two hours.

Support Statement

Support is provided at an annual service fee which includes telephone support and software updates. Our helpdesk is available between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

  • Response to a call or e-mail notifying us of a problem is guaranteed within 2 hours of receipt
  • We endeavour to provide solutions or alternative workings for all errors and malfunctions
