Skilled at replicating and resolving even the most elusive of intermittent problems, support staff will stay engaged until your problem is solved, and will guarantee an initial response time of less than two hours.
Support is provided at an annual service fee which includes telephone support and software updates. Our helpdesk is available between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
